Hollow Bone / The mystic / The steady hands
Joda Williams
Divine-feminine energy, grandma wisdom and decades of working with the whole person. Joda brings intuition to the room—and the experience to help turn a beautiful idea into thoughtful participant care.
✦ The Practitioner
Joda brings decades of experience across integrative health, nutrition, life coaching, botanical therapies, energy-based practices and retreat development.
Before founding Human Potential Initiatives in Asheville, she served in leadership within multidisciplinary wellness organizations, including as Director of Life Coaching for Nava Health & Vitality Center. Her work has brought physicians, practitioners, educators and individuals together around a whole-person approach to health.
Through Human Potential Initiatives, Joda now works with people navigating chronic symptoms, emotional and biological stress patterns, disrupted nervous-system regulation and complex healing journeys.
✦ The Approach
Her approach draws from a wide field of practice, personalized to the person in front of her:
✦ Why She Matters to Hollow Bone
She understands individualized healing
Her work meets the whole person — physical, emotional, energetic, relational — rather than a single symptom.
She has worked inside multidisciplinary wellness organizations
She has brought physicians, practitioners, educators and individuals together around a whole-person approach to health.
She turns healing philosophies into programs
She knows how to move from philosophy to retreat design, practitioner relationships and real client experiences.
✦ Her Role Within Hollow Bone
Within Hollow Bone, Joda helps translate philosophy into human experience. She contributes to retreat design, practitioner relationships, participant care, healing-program development and the operational structure required to serve people responsibly.
She is also developing a dedicated program for individuals seeking education, support and restorative care following difficult experiences they associate with vaccination or other medical interventions.
Joda's role is not simply to offer a modality.
It is to help build an environment in which the whole person can be seen — and where healing is approached as physical, emotional, energetic, relational and deeply individual.
Stephen carries the foundational philosophy. Craig translates it into the movement, story and capital vision. Joda translates it into the healing experience and human-care model.
